Hello! You either expressed interest in receiving our updates or we had your email and thought you were bored… either way, read through if you want to follow along with our travels. We’ll send updates every couple weeks :)
After a brief and friend-filled weekend in San Francisco (thanks Bagatur, Ashwin, Darian, and Leo for being the ultimate hosts), we headed to Alaska.
We spent most of the past week camping in Denali. It was very chilly, but so fun. Some notable moments include: getting snowed on, having to walk 13 miles on the park road before hitch hiking with a construction crew because we unknowingly missed the last bus, and seeing a grizzly (from a very safe distance) while descending a peak on a hike. The mountain Denali (formerly McKinley, Zach learned) was surrounded by clouds during our stay, but the rest of the park was amazing. From there we headed up to North Pole, Alaska in hopes to have clear skies and see the Northern Lights. And here are some photos!

In a couple days we are headed down to Seward and Cordova. No promises when the next email will come or who will write it. Thanks for tagging along.
